On the dismissal of some judges of the district and city courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 3, 1996 N 3017

In accordance with sub-paragraphs 1), 2) of paragraph 1 and subparagraph 3) paragraph 2 of Article 47, paragraph 1 of Article 71 of Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 1995 No. 2694, which has the force of the Constitutional Law, "On Courts and the status of Judges in the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I decree:

1. To dismiss the following judges of the district and city courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan from their posts:

in the Akmola region, Ermentau - Kruchinin Lyubov Viktorovna in the district court at her own request in the Aktobe region, Khromtau - Nuryanov Zadygirey Zhampiisovich in the district court at her own request in the city of Almaty, Moskovsky - Zhumadilov Kazbek in the district court of Baymukhambedovich at her own request in the Almaty region, Kapshagai - Dudnikov Anatoly Dmitrievich in the city court at her own request in connection with the transfer to another job;

Talgarsky - Kerimbaev Aydarkul at the district court at his own request in connection with the transfer to another job in the East Kazakhstan region of the Serebryansky - Kolmogorov Vladimir Ivanovich city court at his own request in connection with his resignation in the West Kazakhstan region of the Uralsky - Donskov Margarita Alekseevna city court at his own request in connection with retirement (achievement age limit);

Terektinsky - Kazbenov Khamit Kazbenovich district court at his own request in connection with retirement (reaching the age limit) in the Karaganda region Temirtausky - Batukova Nina Vasilyevna city court at his own request in connection with retirement (reaching the age limit) Saransk - Sekishev Askar Asankhanovich of the city court at his own request in connection with the transfer to another job in the Pavlodar region of Aksu - Alikhanov Marat Tleukabylovich of the district court at his own request in connection with the transfer to another job in the Turgai region of the Yesilsky - Ivanov Stanislav Ivanovich of the district court at his own request.

2. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
