On the dissolution of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the third convocation and the appointment of early elections of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In accordance with subparagraph 2) of Article 44, paragraph 1 of Article 63 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Articles 85 and 87 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", I HEREBY DECREE :
1. To dissolve the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the third convocation.
2. To appoint early elections of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected on party lists, on August 18, 2007.
3. To appoint early elections of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected by the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, on August 20, 2007.
4. To establish that the nomination of candidates for deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected on party lists, begins on June 22, 2007 and ends on July 11, 2007.
5. The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall organize the preparation and holding of early elections of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the akims of the regions, the cities of Astana and Almaty should immediately take all necessary measures to provide organizational, logistical and financial support for the early elections of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of publication.
