On the establishment of the Day of Persons with Disabilities of the Republic of Kazakhstan

    In order to show the state's concern for people with disabilities, to draw attention to their problems, and taking into account the recommendations of the UN General Assembly, I HEREBY DECREE:

     1. To establish the Day of Persons with Disabilities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     The footnote. Paragraph 1 is amended by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 09/15/2022 No. 1013.

     2. The Day of Persons with Disabilities of the Republic of Kazakhstan is considered to be the second Sunday of October.
