On the establishment of the Naval Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan

DECREE of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 2, 1993 N 1158

Based on the need to implement a unified state policy in the field of defense, based on the legitimate right to create its own Armed Forces

performance:      

1. To create Naval Forces as part of the Armed forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.    

2. The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall submit proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the bases of the Naval Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.      

3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall implement measures for financial, food, logistical and medical support of the Naval Forces at the expense of funds provided for the maintenance of the armed forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
