On the extension of the state of emergency in the city of Zhanaozen, Mangystau region

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 4, 2012 No. 215

In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the State of Emergency"

I DECREE:      

1. To extend the state of emergency in the borders of the city of Zhanaozen, Mangystau region, imposed by By Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 17, 2011 No. 197 "On the introduction of a state of emergency in the city of Zhanaozen, Mangystau region", until 7 a.m. on January 31, 2012.    

2. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the authorized state bodies, shall take the necessary measures arising from this Decree.      

3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
