On the formation of the Zhambyl and Shymkent city courts and the abolition of the Zhanasemeysky District Court

  Due to changes in the administrative-territorial structure of some regions and in accordance with Article 10 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has the force of the Constitutional Law, U952694_ "on courts and the status of judges in the Republic of Kazakhstan"

performance:

1. To establish the Zhambyl City Court (of regional significance), managing the Factory and Central District Courts in the city of Zhambyl.

2. To establish the Shymkent city court (of regional significance), abolishing the Abai, Alfarabiy and Enbekshinsky district courts in the city of Shymkent.

3. To abolish the Zhanasemeysky District Court of the Semipalatinsk region
