In accordance with Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 30, 2005 "On International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I DECREE: 1. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to notify the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States of the intention of the Republic of Kazakhstan not to become a party to the Agreement on Assistance to Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons dated September 24, 1993 and the Protocol to the Agreement on Assistance refugees and internally displaced persons dated February 10, 1995. 2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
