On the intention of the Republic of Kazakhstan not to become a party to the Agreement on the order of stay and interaction of law enforcement officers and special agencies in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 26, 2023 No. 203.

 In accordance with Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I HEREBY DECREE:

     1. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, shall notify the Kyrgyz Republic of the intention of the Republic of Kazakhstan not to become a party to the Agreement on the Procedure for the Stay and Interaction of Law Enforcement and Special Agencies in the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic, concluded in Almaty on April 8, 1997.

     2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
