On the liquidation of the republican state institution “Center for the Development of Transport Infrastructure”

Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 23, 2026, No. 312

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 130 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On State Property,” the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

     1. To liquidate the republican state institution “Center for the Development of Transport Infrastructure.”

2. The Committee for State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring (by agreement), shall take the necessary measures arising from this resolution.

3. This resolution shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
