On the membership of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the European Commission for Democracy through Law

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 13, 2012 No. 283

   I DECREE:      

1. The Republic of Kazakhstan shall accede to the attached Statute of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (hereinafter - the Venice Commission).      

2. Excluded by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 28.03.2016 No. 221.      

3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall take the necessary measures arising from this Decree.      

4. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
