On the membership of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the International Organization for Migration

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 15, 2002 No. 973

In order to ensure the participation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the activities of the International Organization for Migration as a full member

I decree:      

1. To adopt the Constitution of the International Organization for Migration, which entered into force on November 30, 1954.      

2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan should issue membership of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the International Organization for Migration in accordance with the established procedure.      

3. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
