On the opening of the Authorized Representative Office (Embassy) of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation

DECREE of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 9, 1993 N 1058

In connection with the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, I HEREBY DECREE:      

1. Open an Authorized Representative Office (Embassy) The Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation, having transferred to it the office and production facilities, a hotel complex, and vehicles of the Authorized Representative Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation.      

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan:      

to determine the staffing table and cost estimates of the Plenipotentiary Mission (Embassy) of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation; to approve the Regulations on the Plenipotentiary Mission (Embassy) within one month Of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation.      

3. To invalidate Decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 28, 1991, No. 487 "On the establishment of the Permanent Mission of the Kazakh SSR in the RSFSR" and June 12, 1992, No. 804 "On Amendments and additions to the Decree of the President of the Kazakh SSR "On the establishment of the Permanent Mission of the Kazakh SSR in the RSFSR" dated October 28, 1991. N 487".
