     I decree:    

1. To open the Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in St. Petersburg (Russian Federation).      

2. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall take the necessary measures arising from this Decree.      

3. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
