General notes
For the purposes of this Annex: 1. The first column of the list contains groups, headings or subheadings, the second column contains a description of the products/products. The goods in this list are determined solely by the product code according to the Harmonized System (HS). The product names are provided for ease of use only. 2. "Group" means a group of a Harmonized System (2 marks); "Trademark" means a trademark of a Harmonized System (4 marks); "Subheading" means a subheading of a Harmonized System (6 marks); "CTC" means a change in the commodity tariff classification at the 2, 4, or 6-digit HS level (CC, CTH, CTSH); "WO" means that the goods must be fully produced or received in full on the territory of the Party in accordance with Article 4.4 of this Agreement; "CC" means that all non-originating materials used in the production of final goods have undergone a change in the commodity tariff classification at the 2-digit HS level (section change); "CTH" means that all non-originating materials used in the production of final goods have undergone a change in the commodity tariff classification at the 4-digit HS level (group change); "CTSH" means that all non-originating materials used in the production of final goods have undergone a change in the commodity classification at the 6-digit HS level (changing the subgroup); "VAC X%" means that the share of value added achieved during the production of final products in the territory of the Party, calculated in accordance with the formula established in Article 4.5 of this Agreement, is at least X percent; "CTC + VAC X%" means the requirement to change the commodity tariff classification, provided that it is achieved during the production process. the share of value added in the territory of the Party, calculated in accordance with the formula established in Article 4.5 of this Agreement, and amounting to at least X percent; "CTC or VAC X%" means either the requirement to change the commodity tariff classification, or the achievement of a share of value added in the production of final products in the territory of the Party, calculated in accordance with the formula established in Article 4.5 of this Agreement, and amounting to at least X percent. 3. The requirement to change the commodity tariff classification applies only to non-originating materials. 4. The criteria of origin indicated in the third column of the list establish minimum requirements for production operations. A large proportion of the added value of production operations, exceeding the minimum requirements, also gives the product the status of what is happening.
