On the ratification of the Loan Agreement for the Development of Railway Transport Facilities at Druzhba Station between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Fund for Economic Cooperation of Japan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 1996 N 2793

 I decree:      

1. To ratify the Agreement on a loan for the development of railway transport facilities at Druzhba Station between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Fund for Economic Cooperation of Japan, signed on December 5, 1995 and providing for the allocation of funds in the amount of 6,236,000,000 Japanese yen.      

2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of publication.
