To ratify the Protocol on Amendments to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014, as well as on the amendment and Termination of Certain International Treaties, signed in Yerevan on October 1, 2019.

PROTOCOL on Amendments to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014, as well as on the amendment and termination of Certain international treaties

The member States of the Eurasian Economic Union, hereinafter referred to as the Member States,

guided by article 115 of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014,

have agreed on the following:

Article 1

To make the following amendments to the Protocol on the Procedure for Crediting and Distributing the Amounts of Import Customs Duties (other Duties, Taxes and Charges having Equivalent Effect) and their transfer to the budgets of the member States (Appendix No. 5 to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014):

Paragraph 12 should be worded as follows:

"12. The standards for the distribution of import customs duties for each Member State are set in the following amounts::

Republic of Armenia - 1.220 percent;

The Republic of Belarus - 4,860 percent;

The Republic of Kazakhstan - 6.955 percent;

Kyrgyz Republic - 1,900 percent;

The Russian Federation - 85.065 percent.";

The first paragraph of paragraph 40 should be worded as follows:

"40. The authorized body of the Member State daily, no later than 4 p.m. local time (for the Republic of Armenia - Yerevan time, for the Republic of Belarus - Minsk time, for the Republic of Kazakhstan - Nur Sultan time, for the Kyrgyz Republic - Bishkek time, for the Russian Federation - Moscow time) of the current day, Sends the following information for the reporting day to the authorized bodies of other Member States:";

Paragraph 53 should be worded as follows:

"53. The supreme bodies of the State financial control of the Member States, within the framework of joint control measures, annually verify compliance by the authorized bodies of the Member States with the provisions of this Protocol.".

Article 2

To invalidate paragraph 1 of Article 8 of the Treaty on the Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014, signed on December 23, 2014.

Article 3

This Protocol shall be applied temporarily by the Member States from January 1, 2020, and for a Member State whose legislation does not provide for the possibility of temporary application of international treaties, this Protocol shall apply from the date on which such Member State completes the internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Protocol, but not earlier than January 1, 2020.

The provisions of this Protocol apply to relations that have arisen since January 1, 2020.

This Protocol shall enter into force on the date of receipt by the depositary, through diplomatic channels, of the last written notification on the completion by the Member States of the internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Protocol, but not earlier than January 1, 2020.

Effective January 1, 2020:

Protocol dated April 11, 2017 on the application of certain provisions of the Treaty on the Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014, signed on December 23, 2014.;

Protocol dated May 14, 2018 on amendments to the Agreement on the Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014, signed on December 23, 2014.

Done in Yerevan on October 1, 2019, in one original copy in Russian.

The original copy of this Protocol shall be kept in the Eurasian Economic Commission, which, as the depositary of this Protocol, will send a certified copy to each Member State.
