On the Ratification of the Protocol on the Deployment of Military Infrastructure Facilities in the Territories of the Member States of the Collective Security Treaty Organization

PROTOCOL on the deployment of military infrastructure facilities in the Territories of the member States of the Collective Security Treaty Organization
The member States of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, hereinafter referred to as the Parties, intending to increase the effectiveness of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (hereinafter referred to as the Organization), striving to further develop cooperation carried out within the Organization,
We have agreed on the following:
Article 1
The Parties shall decide on the deployment of troops (forces) and military infrastructure facilities of non-member States on their territories after urgent consultations (coordination) with other Parties and in the absence of their official objections.
Article 2
Disputes related to the application or interpretation of this Protocol shall be resolved through consultations and negotiations between the Parties concerned.
Article 3
Amendments and additions to this Protocol shall be made by mutual agreement and formalized in separate protocols, which are an integral part of this Protocol and enter into force in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 4 of this Protocol.
Article 4
This Protocol shall enter into force on the date of the deposit of the fourth written notification to the depositary on the completion by the signatory Parties of the internal procedures necessary for its entry into force. For the Parties that have completed the necessary internal procedures later, this Protocol shall enter into force on the date of delivery of the relevant documents to the depositary.
Article 5
This Protocol is valid for the duration of its validity. The Collective Security Treaty of May 15, 1992, unless the Parties agree otherwise. Each Party may withdraw from this Protocol by sending a written notification to the depositary no later than six months before the date of withdrawal, having settled the financial and other obligations that have arisen during the validity of this Protocol.
Article 6
After the entry into force of this Protocol, it is open for accession by other Member States of the Organization. For the acceding State, this Protocol shall enter into force 30 days after the date of deposit of the instrument of accession with the depositary.
Done in Moscow on December 20, 2011, in one original copy in the Russian language. The original copy is kept at the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, which will send a certified copy to each Signatory to this Protocol.

PROTOCOL on Correcting the text of the Protocol on the Deployment of Military Infrastructure Facilities in the Territories of the Organization's Member States Collective Security Treaty of December 20, 2011
The Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, acting as the depositary for international treaties concluded within the framework of the Organization, on the basis of Article 18 of the Charter of the Collective Security Treaty Organization dated October 7, 2002, in accordance with article 79 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, taking into account that in the text of the Protocol on the Deployment of Facilities military infrastructure in the territories of the Organization's Member States Collective Security Treaty of December 20, 2011 (hereinafter - Protocol), a technical error has been discovered that needs to be corrected, and with the consent of the signatory States, this Protocol has been drawn up to make the following corrections to the text of the above Protocol.: in the second paragraph of Article 5, delete the comma after the words "not later than".
This correction has been entered into the text of the original copy and initialed by me. The corrected text replaces the erroneous text ab initio.
Done in Moscow on February 28, 2013, in one original copy in the Russian language. The original copy is kept by the depositary, who will send a certified copy to each State that has signed the Protocol on the Deployment of Military Infrastructure Facilities on the Territories of the member States of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
