On the Ratification of the Protocol on the Integration of the Central Asian Cooperation Organization into the Eurasian Economic Community

       To ratify the Protocol on the Integration of the Central Asian Cooperation Organization into the Eurasian Economic Community, signed in Minsk on June 23, 2006.

    PROTOCOL on the Integration of the Central Asian Cooperation Organization into the Eurasian Economic Community  

     The Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, hereinafter referred to as the Parties, in accordance with the Decision of the Council of Heads of the CAC Member States of October 6, 2005 "On further development of integration Processes in the Eurasian space", taking into account the Decision of the Interstate Council of the EurAsEC (at the level of heads of State) of January 25, 2006 No. 267 "On the legal registration of the integration of the Organization "Central - Asian Cooperation "in the Eurasian Economic Community", taking into account Protocol on the Accession of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Treaty on the Establishment of the Eurasian Economic Community dated October 10, 2000, signed on January 25, 2006, taking into account the coincidence of the strategic goals and objectives of the Central Asian Cooperation Organization (CAC) and the Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC), taking into account that the practical tasks of creating an integrated market, programs in water, energy, transport, food and other fields, The issues facing the CAC Organization are currently being successfully resolved within the framework of the EurAsEC, acting as the founding States of the Central Asian Cooperation Organization, have agreed as follows:  

    Article 1  

     The international agreements concluded within the framework of the CAC Organization, specified in Annex 1 to this Protocol, continue to be valid and can be adapted into the legal framework of the EurAsEC, taking into account the requirements of the legislation of its member States.  

    Article 2  

     The international agreements concluded within the framework of the CAC Organization, specified in Annex 2 to this Protocol, shall terminate from the date of entry into force of this Protocol.  

    Article 3  

     The international agreements concluded within the framework of the CAC Organization, specified in Annex 3 to this Protocol, continue to be valid in relations between their Parties.  

    Article 4  

     Annexes 1, 2 and 3 to this Protocol are its integral parts.  

    Article 5  

     Action The Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan on the establishment of the Central Asian Cooperation Organization dated February 28, 2002, is terminated from the date of entry into force of this Protocol.  

    Article 6  

     This Protocol shall enter into force on the date of receipt by the depositary, which is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, of the last written notification on the completion by the Parties of the internal procedures necessary for its entry into force.         Done on June 23, 2006 in Minsk in one original copy in Russian.         The original copy of this Protocol shall be kept by the depositary, who will send a certified copy to each Party.
