Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 9, 2004 No. 589

Article 1. To ratify the articles of agreement of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, done in Bretton Woods on July 22, 1944, the articles of agreement of the International Monetary Fund, done in Bretton Woods on July 22, 1944, the articles of agreement of the International Finance Corporation, done in Washington on July 20, 1956, the articles of agreement of the International Development Association, done in Washington on September 15, 1960 The Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of Other States, done in Washington on March 18, 1965, The Founding Treaty of the Asian Development Bank, signed in Manila on December 4, 1965, the Convention on the Establishment of the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency, signed in Washington on October 11, 1985, the Agreement on the Establishment of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, signed in Paris on May 29, 1990.  The footnote. Article 2. This Law shall enter into force on December 6, 2001.  The footnote. The Law is supplemented by Article 2 in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 27, 2011 No. 519-IV (effective from the date of its first official publication).
