On the resignation of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 11, 1994 N 1891

1. To accept the resignation of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with the Government's resignation application submitted in accordance with Article 85 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.      

2. Members of the Government, in accordance with Article 14 of the Law "On the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan", shall continue to perform their duties until the formation of a new Cabinet of Ministers.

3. To entrust the management of the current work of the Cabinet of Ministers for this period to Kazhegeldin Akezhan Magzhanovich.

4. This Decree comes into force from the moment of signing.
