I DECREE: 1. To approve the draft Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation on the Kazakh-Russian state border.      2. To sign an agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation on the Kazakh-Russian state border.      3. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
