On the State Program for Accelerated Industrial and Innovative Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2010-2014 and invalidation of certain decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 19, 2010 No. 958.
In order to ensure the diversification and increase the competitiveness of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the long term, I HEREBY DECREE:
1. To approve the State Program for Accelerated Industrial and Innovative Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2010-2014 (hereinafter referred to as the Program).P11000731
2. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) within one month, develop and approve a Map of Kazakhstan's industrialization for 2010-2014 and a scheme for the rational allocation of production facilities until 2015;
2) to develop and approve the Action Plan of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the implementation of the Program within one month.;
3) to submit to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan the results of monitoring and evaluation of the Program in the time and order established by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 4, 2010 No. 931 "On certain issues of further functioning of the State planning System in the Republic of Kazakhstan."

3. Central and local executive bodies, as well as government bodies directly subordinate to and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, should take measures to implement the Program.
4. To invalidate certain decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the annex to this Decree.
5. Control over the implementation of this Decree is entrusted to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
