On the transfer of a block of shares of the joint‑stock company “Nuclear Technologies Park” from private ownership to state ownership under a gift agreement and on making amendments to certain decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 25, 2026, No. 120
In accordance with subparagraph 13) of Article 11, subparagraph 9) of paragraph 1 of Article 19, and paragraph 1 of Article 169 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On State Property”, and the Rules for the State to acquire rights to property under a gift agreement, approved by Resolution No. 1103 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 2011, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. To accept the offer of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University Non–profit Joint Stock Company (hereinafter - NAO L.N. Gumilyov ENU) on the transfer to republican ownership of a block of shares of the joint–stock company "Park of Nuclear Technologies" (hereinafter - JSC "PYAT") in the amount of 100 (one hundred) percent under the donation agreement.
2. To make the following additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) In Resolution No. 405 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 12, 1999, “On the Types of State Property in State Shares and State Participation Shares in Organizations”:
in the list of joint‑stock companies and business partnerships whose state shares and participation shares remain in republican ownership, as approved by the said resolution: the section “Astana city” should be supplemented with a line bearing the serial number 21-224 and the following content:
“21-224. Joint-Stock Company “Nuclear Technologies Park.”
2) in the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 27, 1999, No. 659 “On the transfer of rights to own and use state blocks of shares and state stakes in organizations that are in the republican ownership”:
in the list of state blocks of shares and state stakes in organizations of republican ownership, the right to own and use of which is transferred to sectoral ministries and other state bodies, as approved by the said resolution:
The section “To the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Atomic Energy:” shall be supplemented with a line bearing the sequence number 412, as follows:
“412. Joint-Stock Company ‘Nuclear Technology Park’.”
3. The Committee for State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) jointly with the NCJSC “L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University” (with prior approval) take the measures arising from paragraph 1 of this resolution;
2) ensure the transfer of ownership and usage rights to the state block of shares in JSC “PYAT” to the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Atomic Energy.
4. This resolution shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
