Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 10, 2026, No. 152

In accordance with subparagraph 3-1) of Article 13 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and subparagraph 6-1) of Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Specially Protected Natural Territories,” the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. Transfer the lands of the state forest natural reserve “Semey Ormany” (hereinafter referred to as the reserve) with a total area of 5.1 hectares from the category of lands of specially protected natural territories to the category of reserve lands for the construction, development and operation of the “Auyl” (automobile) checkpoint of the “Semey” border department of the Border Service Department of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Abay region, in accordance with the appendix to this resolution.

2. The Department of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Abay Region, in connection with the transfer of lands of specially protected natural territories to reserve lands, shall, in accordance with the current legislation, compensate for the losses of forestry production to the revenue of the republican budget and take measures to clear the area, transferring the obtained timber to the reserve’s balance sheet.

3. Make the following amendment to the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 26, 2017, No. 593 “On Approval of the List of Specially Protected Natural Territories of Republican Significance”:
