On the transformation of the State Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan

DECREE of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 13, 1992 No. 844

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On National Security Agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan": 1. To transform the State Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.      2. To exclude the State Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the list of public administration bodies defined by paragraph 7 of Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 7, 1992 No. 600.
