On the volume of transfers of a general nature between the republican and regional budgets, the budgets of the city of republican significance, the capital for 2008-2010
Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 27, 2007 No. 5-IV
This Law defines the volume of transfers of a general nature between the republican and regional budgets, the budgets of the city of republican significance, the capital in absolute terms for the three-year period 2008-2010, broken down by year.
Article 1. The volume of budget withdrawals transferred from regional budgets and budgets of the city of republican significance, the capital to the republican budget
1. To establish budget withdrawals from regional budgets and budgets of the city of republican significance, the capital in the republican budget for 2008 in the amount of 81 752 134 thousand tenge, including: Atyrau region - KZT 15,467,703 thousand; Mangystau region - KZT 4,249,313 thousand; Almaty city - KZT 52,400,834 thousand; Astana city - KZT 9,634,284 thousand.
2. To establish budget withdrawals from regional budgets and budgets of the city of republican significance, the capital to the republican budget for 2009 in the amount of 89,922,302 thousand tenge, including: Atyrau region - 20 192 716 thousand tenge; Mangystau region - 5,342 114 thousand tenge; Almaty city - 55 811 279 thousand tenge; Astana city - 8,576 193 thousand tenge.
3. To establish budget withdrawals from regional budgets and budgets of the city of republican significance, the capital in the republican budget for 2010 in the amount of 77 663 111 thousand tenge, including: Atyrau region - 18,739,180 thousand tenge; Mangystau region - 2,431,287 thousand tenge; Almaty city - 54,999,926 thousand tenge; Astana city - 1,492,718 thousand tenge.
Article 2. Amounts of budget subventions transferred from the republican budget to regional budgets
1. To establish budget subventions transferred from the republican budget to regional budgets for 2008 in the amount of 449,066,155 thousand tenge, including: Akmola region - 31 498 056 thousand tenge; Aktobe region - 15,722,690 thousand tenge; Almaty region - 48,921,656 thousand tenge; East Kazakhstan region - 46,936,313 thousand tenge; Zhambyl region - 44,196,691 thousand tenge; West Kazakhstan region - 20,212,610 thousand tenge; Karaganda region - 35,715,079 thousand tenge; Kostanay region - 33,61,004 thousand tenge; Kyzylorda region - 36 160 661 thousand tenge; Pavlodar region - 14,677,917 thousand tenge; North Kazakhstan - 31 031 953 thousand tenge; South Kazakhstan - 90 331 525 thousand tenge.
2. To establish budget subventions transferred from the republican budget to regional budgets for 2009 in the amount of 526,926,835 thousand tenge, including: Akmola region - 35,399,399 thousand tenge; Aktobe region - 17,544,081 thousand tenge; Almaty region - 60,034,569 thousand tenge; East Kazakhstan region - 54 083 302 thousand tenge; Zhambyl region - 52 049 283 thousand tenge; West Kazakhstan region - 21 712 022 thousand tenge; Karaganda region - 40 621 386 thousand tenge; Kostanay region - 37 721 866 thousand tenge; Kyzylorda region - 42,159,181 thousand tenge; Pavlodar region - 16,370,560 thousand tenge; North Kazakhstan - 34,097,487 thousand tenge; South Kazakhstan - 115,133,699 thousand tenge.
3. To establish budget subventions transferred from the republican budget to regional budgets for 2010 in the amount of 645,354,441 thousand tenge, including: Akmola region - 42 771 759 thousand tenge; Aktobe region - 23,691,835 thousand tenge; Almaty region - 73,799,997 thousand tenge; East Kazakhstan region - 64,659,125 thousand tenge; Zhambyl region - 62,677,573 thousand tenge; West Kazakhstan region - 26,545,434 thousand tenge; Karaganda region - 50,337,692 thousand tenge; Kostanay region - 45,264,059 thousand tenge; Kyzylorda region - 51,506,999 thousand tenge; Pavlodar region - 21,736,991 thousand tenge; North Kazakhstan - 40,432,203 thousand tenge; South Kazakhstan - 141,930,774 thousand tenge.
Article 3. Amounts of expenditures provided for in local budgets
Local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance, and the capital should include funds for implementation in local budget expenditures: The Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 15, 2007 concerning the provision of paid annual leave to civil servants for a period of at least thirty calendar days with the payment of health benefits in the amount of the official salary at the expense of the local budget; The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007 "On Education" concerning the provision of preferential travel during winter and summer holidays on intercity rail and road transport (except taxis) to students on the basis of a state educational order in technical and vocational education organizations and in terms of reducing the standard educational workload per week for primary education teachers of state organizations education from 20 to 18 hours.
Article 4. Procedure for the enactment of this Law
This Law comes into force on January 1, 2008 and is valid until December 31, 2010.
