In your production No. 4319-21-00-2/............ there is a civil case for the dissolution of the San marriage. With the stated requirements, I do not agree, because I believe that it is possible to save the marriage. D. B. Bayynova and I have been married together for 4 years and have 2 common children, born on 01/24/2018 ...... ................, Born on 08/12/2019 ............ there is.  My daughter was born on 08/12/2019 ................ have a disability (disability certificate Series No. 2298601). Currently, I have a good relationship with the applicant, we often talk and meet. The decision to divorce was made in a hurry, so I am currently against divorce.

Opinion on the statement of claim for divorce

In accordance with Article 8 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, everyone has the right to apply to the court in accordance with the procedure established by this code to protect their violated or disputed rights, freedoms or legitimate interests. In accordance with Article 15 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the parties independently choose their position, methods and means of its protection and independently of the court and other persons participating in the case. According to Article 15 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, everyone has the right to protect their rights and freedoms by all means that do not contradict the law. In accordance with article 166 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the defendant submits an opinion to the court on the statement of claim, attaching documents that refute the arguments in relation to the claim, as well as copies of the opinion and the documents attached to it. On the basis of the above, in accordance with article 166 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I ask:
