PENALTIES - for being late for work after 9.00 a.m. - 500 tons.- for absenteeism without warning - 1,500 tons.- for late execution of official assignments of your immediate supervisor - 1000 tons.- for not picking up a cell phone (when they call for work) - 500 tons.- for violation of the rights and obligations of an employee under an employment contract (clause 8) - 1,000 tons
