A civil case is being considered in your proceedings. Aoi G.T. to Dental Clinic SA LLP on consumer rights protection and recovery of damages, treatment costs and compensation for moral damage.
169 paragraph 1 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, "The plaintiff has the right to change the basis or subject of the claim, increase or decrease the amount of claims by submitting a written statement before the end of the preparation of the case for trial or before the court is removed to the conference room in the absence of the need for additional procedural actions." In connection with the above, we are reducing the amount of claims in terms of compensation for moral damage from 3,000,000 tenge to 300,000 tenge. We leave the remaining requirements unchanged.
I ASK THE COURT
1. To accept a reduction in claims for compensation of moral damage to 300,000 (three hundred thousand) tenge.
2. Consider the case taking into account the changed size of the claims.
