There is a criminal case against B.M.Tursungalievna on the fact of fraudulent actions in the proceedings of the OP at the UP of the Medeu district of the DP of Almaty.

According to Part 9 of Article 23 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the suspect can freely deny his guilt or plead guilty, reconcile with the victim, conclude a procedural agreement, an agreement to achieve reconciliation through mediation.

According to Article 24 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the investigator is obliged to take all measures provided by law for a comprehensive, complete and objective investigation of the circumstances necessary and sufficient for the proper resolution of the case.

The suspect B. M.T. reconciled in mediation with the victims K. A.T., A. S.T. and K. A.G.

According to Article 70 of the CPC of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the defender has the right to file petitions.

According to Article 99 of the CPC of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the petition is subject to consideration and resolution immediately after its application. In cases where an immediate decision on the application is not possible, it must be resolved no later than three days from the date of the application.

Based on the above, I ask:

- to attach to the materials of the criminal case an agreement on reconciliation by way of mediation during the criminal process of B.Y. M.T. and K. A.T., an agreement on reconciliation by way of mediation during the criminal process of B. M.T. and A. S.T., an agreement on reconciliation by way of mediation during the criminal process of B.M.T. and K.M.A.G.

A.T. on 7 sheets, agreement on reconciliation by way of mediation during the criminal process of B.Y. M.T. and A.Y.
