__.01.2019. I, O.A.Zh. filed a lawsuit against M.S. for debt collection in the amount of 30,000 tenge. However, the defendant has been avoiding even partial compensation for damages for 5 months. I believe that in the future the defendant will also impede the execution of the court's decision by evading the bailiff and hiding property income. Based on the above, in accordance with Articles 158, 159 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I request: To secure my claims, to seize the property belonging to the defendant M.S. XXX, held by him or other persons, as well as funds held in bank accounts within the stated amount of the claim.
