The petition
on the suspension of proceedings in the case
In your proceedings there is a civil case registered No.7514-22-00-2/195 dated 01/21/2022 on the claim of the Joint Stock Company "Tengri Bank" to the Limited Liability Partnership "Tengri Leasing", K.S.A., J.N.M. for debt collection. Considering that the plaintiff of Tengri Bank Joint Stock Company appears in the framework of criminal case No. 200000011000003 being investigated by the Anti-corruption Service of Almaty, as well as the plaintiff filed a civil lawsuit in this criminal case, where the same amounts and the same defendants are indicated. According to paragraph 4 of Article 272 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Court is obliged to suspend proceedings in cases where it is impossible to consider this case before resolving another case being considered in civil, criminal, administrative proceedings, as well as in proceedings on administrative offenses. Based on the above and in accordance with Article 272 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I ASK the COURT to: - suspend the civil case registered No. 7514-22-00-2/195 dated January 21, 2022 on the claim of the Joint Stock Company "Tengri Bank" to the Limited Liability Partnership "Tengri Leasing", K.S.A., J.N.M. on debt collection.
