THE PETITION

on attaching video materials to a civil case

         

In your proceedings, there is a civil case No. 1996-25-00-2/7170 dated 11/21/2025 on the claim of Noah A. Makhambetkyzy against Su D Kadirzhumaevich for the recovery of alimony in a fixed amount of money.

The plaintiff's representative requests that three video recordings be attached to the case file, which are important for the proper consideration of the dispute. These videos record the internal condition of the apartment building, the level of repairs and facilities, which indicates the actual property status of the defendant and does not correspond to his official income.

In addition, in one of the videos, the defendant appears at the educational institution as a representative of the Shin-Line company, which confirms his actual status and employment.

These video materials are electronic evidence and confirm the circumstances referred to by the plaintiff, in connection with which they are subject to attachment to the case file.

On the basis of the above and in accordance with art. 46 of the CPC,

 

I ask the court:

 

· attach a DVD (3 video files) to the materials of the civil case No. 1996-25-00-2/7170 dated 11/21/2025.
