The petition
on the issue of a writ of execution
In your proceedings, there was a civil case No.7517-23-3-1/7439 dated 03/29/2023 on the Claim of I.L.T. (hereinafter referred to as the plaintiff) to LLP "......" (hereinafter referred to as the defendant) for the recovery of the amount owed.
On June 01, 2023, guided by Articles 223-226, 229, 267-4 of the CPC, the court DECIDED: To satisfy the claim of I.L.T.. To collect from the limited liability company "..." in favor of I.L.T. the amount of debt in the amount of 550,000 tenge, the cost of paying the state duty in the amount of 5,500 tenge.
According to art.241 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a decision in accordance with the procedure established by this Code is enforceable after its entry into force, except in cases of immediate execution. After the court decision comes into force, a writ of execution is issued.
Based on the above and guided by 47, 241 CPC RK,
I ask the Court:
Issue a writ of execution for the compulsory execution of a judicial act.
