The petition

 

There was a criminal case registered in the ERDR No. 247519031000959 in the proceedings of the OD OP of the Turksib district, in this criminal case Dr. Bekaeva was recognized as a victim.

In accordance with article 71, Part 6, paragraph 9) of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the CPC), the victim has the right to get acquainted with the protocols of investigative actions carried out with his participation, and submit comments on them, and file petitions.

According to art. 99, part 4 of the CPC RK, the petition is subject to consideration and resolution immediately after its application. In cases where an immediate decision on the application is not possible, it must be resolved no later than three days from the date of the application.

Based on the above and in accordance with Articles 71, 99 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan,

1.      To acquaint me with the resolution on the termination of the pre-trial investigation in a criminal case registered in the ERDR No. 247519031000959.
