A criminal case is pending under the OP at the UP of the Medeu district of the DP of Almaty on the application of Koi A.T. against Boy M.T. on the fact of fraudulent actions.

In her statement, the victim Ka Aisulu T., during the interrogation, the witness entitled to defend Ba M.T., as well as during the confrontation, the victim Ka A.T. and the witness entitled to defend Ba M.T. confirmed that on 07/31/2024 Ba M.T. received funds from Koi A.T. at the address: Almaty, mkr. Nurkent, 16/19.

According to the territorial division of the city of republican significance of Almaty, the above address: 16/19 Nurkent microdistrict belongs to the Alatau district of Almaty.

According to Part 1 of Article 188 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a pre-trial investigation is conducted in the area (region, city of republican significance, capital) where the criminal offense was committed.

According to Article 99 of the CPC of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the petition is subject to consideration and resolution immediately after its application. In cases where an immediate decision on the application is not possible, it must be resolved no later than three days from the date of the application.

Based on the above, I ask:

- to transfer the materials of the pre-trial investigation on the application of Koi Aisulu T in relation to the Boy Mi T upon the commission of a criminal offense under Article 190 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Police Department of the Alatau district of the Almaty City Police Department.
