The petition
on familiarization with the materials of the civil case
You have a Civil case No. 7575-22-00-2/2173 dated 07/11/2022 on the claim of K.S.S. against AAA, B.Zh.Sh., K.K.T. and the private notary of Almaty, S.D.S., on the recognition of Apartment Purchase Contracts register No. 4567 dated 12/18/2021 and register No. 1785 dated 05/23/2022 invalid. In order for a comprehensive, complete and objective consideration of the civil case by the court, we need to familiarize ourselves with the statement of claim and all the attached documents, after which the court will be provided with evidence that may affect the content of the decision.
