The Petition
You have reviewed the materials of the criminal case No. 7550-24-00-1/235 on charges of Z. N. Turegabylovna, S. L. Kadesgalievna, B. R.Dzhumagazinovna, of committing a crime under art. 217, part 3, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On February 20, 2025, you announced the verdict in the above-mentioned criminal case and my wife, S. L. Kadesgalievna, was taken into custody and placed in a correctional facility from the courtroom. The LA-155/18 pre-trial detention center of the Committee of the Penal Enforcement System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan is located at 73 Krasnogorskaya Street, Turksib district, Almaty.
According to the marriage certificate, entry No. 50-559-15-0000980 S. L. Kadesgalievna is my legal spouse. And from a legitimate marriage we have a minor child , D. S. Yertiskyzy IIN ..
In accordance with Article 474 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, before applying a sentence for execution, the presiding judge or the chairman of the court is obliged to provide the spouse (spouse), close relatives of the convicted person in custody, at their request, the opportunity to visit and telephone conversation with the convicted person.
On the basis of the above and in accordance with Article 474 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
I ask the court,
· Provide me with S. E. Duissenbaevich and the IIN . a date with his wife S. L. Kadesgalievna IIN . held in custody;
· To provide our minor daughter , D. S. Yertiskyzy IIN . a meeting with her mother S. L. Kadesgalievna AND the name of ... the detainee.
