THE PETITION

on familiarization with the materials of the criminal case

 

 

The Police Department of the Turksib district of the Almaty Police Department was investigating a criminal case (CUI No. 267519030001493) on the application of Aa Ia Saidulaevich against Za Nasirdinovich on fraud under Article 190 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the CPC), which was left without consideration and written off as a nomenclature case, in connection with the absence of a criminal offense.

In accordance with article 71, Part 6, paragraph 9) of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the CPC), the victim has the right to get acquainted with the protocols of investigative actions carried out with his participation, and submit comments on them, and file petitions.

In connection with the above and in accordance with Article 71 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan,

ask you:

 

·         To acquaint me with the materials of the CUI No. 267519030001493, namely with the initial statement of AA I.S., with the report, explanatory note, interrogation protocol and all other materials.
