The power of attorney was printed from my words, correctly, read by me in the presence of a notary, the contents of the power of attorney correspond to my actual goals and intentions.

The text of the power of attorney is written in Russian at the request of the applicant in accordance with the requirements of Articles 4,6, 8,11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan". The notary explained the content of Articles 167-171 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the meaning, significance and legal consequences of the notarial act performed to the principal. The power of attorney was issued with the right of transfer for a period of three years.
