     The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic also have related conversations, is from the line to develop friendly relations between two states, strengthen historical and cultural ties between people's countries, is from the norm National Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the development of education, the important provision of cultural cooperation and cooperation of two states, according to the lower level:

  Article 1

     The target of existing agreements is the construction of schools for 500 places in Bishkek city and 500 places in Osh City and benefactors to them in the territory (other objects) according to the funds of Kazakhstan's companies, which are represented by public shareholders of the National Fund Samruk - Kazyna "Samruk-Kazyna "in the total size of 1,200,800 (one billion two millions of millions) Tenge.       Snoska.   Article 2

  Article 3

  Article 4

  Article 5

     According to mutual agreement, the existing agreement can enter into changes and additions, which have its own part and are formed by separate protocols.

  Article 6

     In the case of raising Sports, associated with the appointment and/or tolkening of the current agreement, the parties will decide their ways of consultations and negotiations.

  Article 7

     There is no agreement on the rights and obligations of each of the parties, which are issued from other international agreements, participants of which have been established.

  Article 8

     The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, in addition, the head of the 5 Articles of agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the construction of schools in the Kyrgyz Republic from August 22, 2012 (further agreement), entered into agreement with the following changes:

  Article 1
