Statement
A Bank Loan Agreement has been concluded between the Borrower and Forte Bank JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Bank). Due to financial difficulties on the part of the Borrower, late payments of debt obligations were made, and a significant amount of debt has been accumulated to date. However, as you know, our country is going through a period of global crisis, which has not spared the Borrowers and their family. At the moment, the borrower intends to pay off the overdue debt and get on schedule.

Based on the above, I ASK YOU TO: Provide information on the debt, namely how much is the principal debt, remuneration and penalties as of the date of receipt of this application; Provide information on the sale and/or assignment of the right to claim a Loan to a collection company;
Provide information about the stage of the Borrower's business, whether the debt has been transferred and/or sold to a Collection company.;
