on the appointment of a forensic economic examination
You are currently investigating criminal case No. 1650889014233 against V.A. Sailov, born on 09/21/1988, who was tried under Article 245, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In the course of reviewing the materials of the criminal case, my client requested the appointment of a forensic economic examination to establish the damage he had caused to the state in the form of non-payment of taxes, since when sending the indictment, the materials of the criminal case contained only the expert opinion of the Department of Internal Affairs of Almaty No. 19 dated May 15, 2018. However, the application was refused by investigator E.O. Karabalin of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Bostandyk district. On the grounds of the above and guided by Articles 270,271,272 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
I ask the Court to appoint a forensic economic examination and ask the expert the following questions: - what is the amount of taxes (VAT and VAT) payable to the budget for the period from January 2016 to December 31, 2017;
