I, Galymzhan Turlybekovich Sarzhanov, an attorney of the Almaty City Bar Association, have encountered a problem today while attempting to log in to the “Zan Komegi” system.
I attempted to log in using my electronic digital signature (EDS); however, the system displays the message: “Invalid username or password.”
In this regard, I kindly request that the issue preventing access to the system be resolved.
