Request to the police for the provision of data for further filing of a civil claim for compensation for moral damage
According to Article 167 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which stipulates that a civil claim may be filed from the moment the pre-trial investigation begins until the end of the judicial investigation by a person who has directly suffered property or moral damage by a criminal offense or a criminally punishable act of an insane person, or by his representative. Based on the above and in accordance with Article 179 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I ask you:
To institute a criminal case against gr....... on the grounds of a criminal offense provided for in art. 131 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
