Statement
On August 22, 2022, the Medeu District Court of Almaty, composed of the presiding judge Akhmetova L.T. with secretary Karkesheva N., considered in open court a civil case on the claim of the CCC against JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan to forcibly demand a statement of cash flow from the defendant of the Almaty regional branch of JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan according to the deposit account belonging to S.I.N. with the indication of the date and the identification of the person who performed the operation of withdrawing funds from the escrow account (personally or by proxy), the Judge decided to partially satisfy the CCC claim. To demand from the joint stock company "People's Bank of Kazakhstan" in the person of the Almaty regional branch a statement of cash flow on accounts KZ566010863000000725, KZ076017523000159869 belonging to S.I.N., indicating the date and the person who performed the withdrawal operation. To collect from Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC in favor of the CCC the costs of paying for the assistance of a representative in the amount of 30,000 tenge, the costs of paying the state fee in the amount of 1,532 tenge. On October 26, 2022, the Judicial Board for Civil Cases of the Almaty City Court, consisting of the presiding judge Eszhanova G.K., judges Baishev R.Zh., Tasybekova M.T., having considered the plaintiff's appeal against the court's decision, the Judges ruled that the decision of the Medeu District Court of Almaty dated August 22, 2022, should be changed and canceled in terms of refusal to satisfy the claim. S.S.S. to Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC on the compulsory demand of a statement of cash flow on a deposit account belonging to S.I.N., and to make a new decision in this part.

The rest of the court's decision should remain unchanged. The resolution comes into legal force from the moment of its announcement. Based on the above and in accordance with the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I ask you:
Provide a statement of cash flow on deposit accounts KZ669261802581784100, KZ559261802581784104, KZ829261802581784103 belonging to S.I.N. indicating the date and the person who performed the withdrawal operation;
To pay representative and other expenses in the amount of 30,000 tenge, and the cost of paying the state fee in the amount of 1,532 tenge S.S.S. to the following account KZ
