Review of the statement of claim

I do not recognize the claims of the plaintiff L.G.V., since in fact an agreement was concluded between us on the purchase and sale of the Toyota Landcruiser car indicated in the statement of claim, according to which I had to pay 4,480,000 tenge in installments, and the plaintiff undertook to transfer the car to me. This deal was concluded between us in 2015. Since I am legally illiterate in such matters, at the initiative of the plaintiff, the car purchase and sale transaction was issued as a loan in the amount of 4,480,000 tenge. In support of my arguments, there is a decision of the Kostanay City Court dated December 20, 2018, according to which the cost of the car was recovered from me in favor of the plaintiff, which is also confirmed by the plaintiff in the statement of claim. I am paying the amount collected in favor of the plaintiff for the car.

It is unclear to me what the plaintiff bases his claims on, since I am not an unscrupulous owner, the plaintiff personally handed over the car to me, as he has not made any claims to me for 4 years.                                                                                                                 T.S.K.
