In, your case is civil case No.7527-21-00-2/10331 dated 10/18/2021 on the claim of IP "..." (hereinafter referred to as the Plaintiff) against LLP "..." represented by Director J.A.E. (hereinafter referred to as the Defendant) for the recovery of the amount owed. We do not dispute the Plaintiff's arguments about the contract for the supply of goods under No. 6/9/21 dated 09/06/2021.
Review to the court of a Statement of claim for recovery of the amount owed
Contractual obligations due to the delay of goods at the border of China and Kazakhstan related to quarantine measures. Accordingly, we offer the Plaintiff the following options for resolving the dispute:
Give a 9-month installment plan for a monthly payment of 500,000 tenge.
Dear Court, we are currently asking the Court to assist the parties in concluding a peace agreement and provide the Defendant with the schedule previously proposed to the Plaintiff. Based on the above and in accordance with art. 166 of the CPC RK,
I ask the Court:
To refuse to satisfy the claims of the plaintiff IP "...";
To assist the parties in concluding a mediation agreement.
