In, your case is a statement of claim from Zheniskhan...... for the dissolution of marriage with Yerzhanova ..........., civil case No. 7540-21-00-2/1964 dated 05/12/2021, I agree with these claims of the Plaintiff, I believe that marriage cannot be preserved. In accordance with Article 8 of the CPC, everyone has the right to apply to the court for protection of violated or disputed constitutional rights, freedoms or protected interests. In accordance with Article 15 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the parties choose their position, ways and means of defending it independently and independently of the court, other bodies and persons during civil proceedings.
Review to the court of the statement of claim for the dissolution of marriage

Zheniskhan's statement of claim ...... about the dissolution of marriage with Yerzhanova ................ – satisfy;
Terminate the marriage concluded between Zheniskhan ...... with Yerzhanova ............. and make appropriate changes to the registry book records in the registry office.
