General requirements for occupational safety and health.
Persons at least 18 years of age who have a driving license and a special training certificate for working on BelAZ vehicles (540A) and have passed a medical examination for their suitability to perform duties in this profession are allowed to drive a BelAZ (540A) car. A newly employed person must undergo special training in occupational safety and health to the extent prescribed by the program for this profession. The driver must be re-instructed at the workplace once every 3 months, retested once a year, and medically examined once a year.
At the place of work at the site, the applicant receives an initial briefing, after which he is assigned to the instructor to complete an internship for a 10-day period. After completing the internship, the applicant takes an exam on occupational safety and health. Upon successful completion of the exam, they are allowed to work independently by a career order. 1.2. The driver must comply with the company's internal labor regulations. 1.3. The driver's work schedule is a continuous 8-hour working day with a 5-day working week. 1.4 During operation, the driver is exposed to dangerous factors such as rotating components of the unit and harmful factors such as noise and dust. 1.5 The driver must be provided with special clothing and special shoes, in accordance with the industry standard GOST - 6- 28-011-84 and standard industry standards for the free issuance of special clothing, shoes and other PPE. The driver is given the following special clothing -Jacket with insulating lining - 36 months - Trousers with insulating lining - 36 months -Cotton suit - 12 months -Boots - 12 months -Cotton mittens - for 2 months

Before starting work, the driver, together with the driver who takes over the shift, carry out an inspection of the technical condition of the car. It is forbidden for the driver to change the route. 3. Safety and health requirements during work 3.1. Upon arrival under the excavator, the driver makes sure that the access roads are suitable. The vehicle must be installed on a flat surface for loading. The vehicle must be loaded only after the signal from the excavator operator. Before loading, the undercarriage of the dump truck must be braked with a handbrake and the engine must be idling. The dump truck under loading must be within sight of the excavator operator. 3.2.During work, it is prohibited : -Leaning out or out of the cab of the dump truck, as well as being outside the cab in the range of the excavator. The movement of the dump truck from under loading is performed at the signal of the excavator driver (one long one). When unloading at the dumps, the following requirements must be met: The safety edge must be filled out in a solid shaft with a height of -1.0 meters and a width of at least 2.0 m. 3.3. When unloading at the dump, the car must stop to the right of the vehicle being unloaded with an interval of at least 3 meters, and at least 6 meters on clay dumps. If the edge of the blade does not match in size or in its absence, the driver must unload before reaching the edge of the blade 5 meters, and on clay dumps 6 meters. 3.4. It is forbidden to run over or run over the safety edge: The blade must have a rise of up to 3 ° degrees towards the slope. If cracks and landslides are found on the surface of the dump, the driver must unload at another location and inform the IT specialist who is on shift.
